Woke up one day to my septic alarm going off outside. Opened the lid and found the pump had stopped working. After calling a few different companies and struggling to find one that did the work I needed, Ericson was suggested. Rick came out the next day and figured out the problem. Not only did he figure it out, he walked me through how our system worked. It's my wife and I's first septic system so we weren't too familiar. Did fast work and fair priced considering the work completed. Will be going through this company in the future.

Awesome service Can't say enough about the workmanship and honesty . 100% satisfied with my septic service. We had a lot of issues and all were solved on a Saturday in the rain with 35mph winds . Thank you sir

Called to set up appointment thinking it would be at least a week, but was told they could fit me in the next day. They came out and pumped our septic tank and gave my wife some advice about how to maintain our system. Will use them again.
