Service was outstanding and fair price. Septic was backed up into house. Eric and his crew showed up same day. Located septic, dug it up (no above ground access, it was waist deep), pumped it, jetted in line from house to tank (badly clogged), installed riser for above ground access, and placed all the dirt back.

These guys know their stuff! Septic systems, leech fields, Hydro Vac & more, Rick and the staff at Ericson Environmental Services really are experts in their field. They go above and beyond and can troubleshoot any sepitc issue. Highly recommend this business!

I cannot give this company, and Rick Bauman, enough praise!! I have been plagued with complete septic system issues, inside and outside, for years. I've had several people out to look at it, most of who left without offering a solution, and one who offered a partial/bandaid solution for which I paid a lot of money. I had an epic fail in February, and Eric came out and was reassuring right from the moment he looked at everything. He clearly knew what he was doing, had sincere and ready and full solutions to offer right away, and within a week my decades of septic nightmares were gone.
